Booking Policies

Our Prices

• All rates include HST

• A signed contract and deposit is required to secure all studio and mobile bridal hair and makeup services.

• The deposit is non-refundable if the booking is cancelled 3 months or less before the wedding day.

• If the total number of booked attendees in the bridal party reduces after signing the contract, the client will be charged for their service.

Where We Offer Sessions

• Travel fees apply to all areas outside of Toronto.

• We will travel anywhere if expenses are paid

• The client is responsible for covering parking fees in Toronto.

About Your Appointment

• We can accommodate any size of a bridal party, large or small. Additional artists may be brought in depending on the number of services booked. This will be determined by our team lead in advance.

• We require party members to arrive with clean DRY hair. An additional blow dry fee will be added to any client showing up to a service with wet hair.

• In case of an emergency, an equally qualified substitute makeup artist will be provided to perform the services stated in the contract.

• The earliest we start any bookings is 5am. Early start fees apply to bookings before 5am. Please inquire further.

Late Arrivals & No-Shows

• The makeup artist/hair stylist is not responsible for lateness and/or absence of the booked attendees.

• No-shows will be charged the full service fee stated in the contract.

• Late attendees will receive a shortened service to keep the artists on schedule for the full contracted price.
